TOP TEGEL, Berlin

A large-scale microgrid system combining Solar PV, CHP, EV charging, and storage technologies.

PV System: 420 kWp (Phase I)

CHP Systems: 500 kWe capacity with micro gas turbines (Phase II)

EV Charging: 22 stations currently operational, load-managed by a 250 kWA system, with expansion to 100 stations

Storage: Battery system under design for full charging support. Total area: 62,000 m²

The microgrid is designed to operate with high resilience and optimized energy flows across all technologies.

PARK CENTER TREPTOW, Berlin

A mixed-use complex integrating solar, CHP, new gas boilers, and EV infrastructure for enhanced performance.

PV System: 197 kWp rooftop installation

CHP: Two Capstone micro gas turbines (100 kWe each), with preparation for two additional systems

Heating: Modern gas boiler cascade (1.8 MW) replacing outdated oil boilers

EV Charging: 10 stations with load management system. Total area: 27,000 m²
